Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation.
• Bar license in state of North Carolina.
• Strong research and writing capabilities.
• Significant experience and developed talent in trial and deposition, legal writing, and legal research.
