Job Description
Experienced civil litigator sought to join growing Asheville office. Must have at least 5 years of related experience, with preference for handling construction litigation, trucking and transportation, and commercial litigation.
Requirements
- NC licensed civil litigation attorney with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Experience defending civil litigation claims with preference for handling matters in the areas of construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
- Strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trials and arbitrations.
