Job Description
Heidelberg Distributing Company is seeking a Sales Support to execute programs to drive key supplier sales objectives, assist Sales Professionals with display builds, and maintain retail call frequency.
Requirements
- Execute programs to drive key supplier sales objectives
- Assist Sales Professionals with display builds, ensuring displays are positioned in an impactful location
- Maintain retail call frequency as required
- Pre-work daily to prepare for next day calls
- Audit accounts during sales calls to ensure neon's and other permanent point-of-sale is up to HDC standards
- Monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
- Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, company and supplier standards and policies
- Participate in a team environment of fearless feedback and total transparency
