Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager Mechanical Maintenance to strengthen our team in Ghent. You will be responsible for the proper execution of maintenance work, manage a team of technicians, and participate in internal meetings and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanics or electromechanics
- Experience in a mechanical maintenance service, preferably in an industrial production environment
- People Manager with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and hands-on mindset
- Stress-resistant and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
- Knowledge of SAP
