We are recruiting a dependable and hardworking Asphalt Plant Operative to join our team at the Keepershield Asphalt Plant. The role involves operating and monitoring asphalt mixing equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a plant, quarry, construction or industrial setting
- Experience with a loading shovel or similar machinery
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physical tasks
