Job Description
Heidi is an AI Care Partner focused on supporting clinicians through documentation and care delivery. They are rapidly expanding across multiple countries and have a mission to strengthen the human connection in healthcare. This role involves creating, reviewing, and refining clinical template documentation to improve accuracy and usability, contributing to the global rollout of their platform.
Requirements
- Review clinical notes and convert them into templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical requirements.
- Support onboarding by tailoring templates.
- Participate in template QA, testing, and training.
- Engage with users to refine templates and troubleshoot content.
- Leverage AI and productivity tools.
