We're building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make healthcare more continuous and human. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll own high-intent inbound demand, convert interest into qualified pipeline, and build deep product mastery to answer questions in the moment.
Requirements
- Own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline
- Run live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators
- Deconstruct how medical practices actually operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value
- Qualify and route opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships
- Build deep product mastery so you can answer questions in the moment, not defer or deflect
- Maintain clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs so nothing is lost downstream
- Continuously improve how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase
