Senior QA Engineer

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior QA Engineer
• Strong, hands-on experience in testing for complex products
• Deep understanding of BDD concepts, with experience designing test cases in Given / When / Then format
• Proven ability to identify product risks and design targeted, risk-based testing strategies
• Experience working closely with PMs and Engineers in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable handling high workload and ownership-driven responsibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig into issues and identify root causes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain testing outcomes, risks, and quality concerns to engineers, PMs, and stakeholders
