Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with systems-level programming (Rust preferred; C++ or Go acceptable)
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining desktop applications
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React / Next.js
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact technical problems
