Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make care continuous and deeply human. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Developer Experience to design and maintain build systems, develop tools and integrations, and automate processes to streamline the release and deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–10+ years experience in developer tooling developer, developer experience
- Experience building CI/CD, gitOps, monorepo
- Experience running production systems on AWS or Azure (EKS, ECS, or AKS)
- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills (Terraform, Helm)
- Observability mindset (metrics, logs, traces, alerting)
- Comfort troubleshooting distributed systems and performance issues
