Job Description
Heidi is a healthcare company building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians. We're looking for Software Engineers to build systems that make Heidi feel native to UK healthcare.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack fundamentals
- Experience contributing to user-facing products end-to-end
- Sound engineering judgment
- Ownership and follow-through
- Collaborative working style
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Fluency with AI coding tools
- Experience with agentic frameworks, modelling complex domains, orchestration, and event-driven architectures (a plus)
