Engagement Leader

We are looking for an Engagement Leader to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading consulting solutions, acting as project leader on specific projects, and supporting Principals and Partners with client management and business development activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a business environment with 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment
• Undergraduate degree required
• Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel, proficient in Word
• Excellent writing skills
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more domain (leadership assessment & development, succession planning, team & board advisory, organizational culture, purpose and structure, DE&I)
