Job Description
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Associate to support the execution of executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. The Associate will work closely with Search Partners & Principals and learn through hands-on experience and world-class training. The role is highly visible with significant responsibility and an excellent career track.
Requirements
- Conduct industry specific and client company research
- Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategy
- Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents
- Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities
- Assist Consultants in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search life cycle
