Executive Search Associate role at Heidrick & Struggles, responsible for researching and learning about various industries, executive roles and functions, and assisting Consultants in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' professional experience or 2 years' transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree required
- Professional communications skills, including writing, articulating, and delivering information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and candidates
- Skill in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
