Job Description
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate to join their team. The role involves working closely with Search Partners & Principals to execute executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. The Senior Associate will drive most aspects of the recruitment process, including developing search strategy, interviewing candidates, and managing client relationships.
Requirements
- 4-6 years professional experience or 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work across teams
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
