Job Description
As an Executive Search Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, you will play a critical role in the execution of executive recruiting lifecycle, working closely with Search Partners & Principals to identify and place candidates. You will also support private equity investors in the pre-investment phase, providing real-time leadership insights and executive mapping.
