Outside Processing Coordinator

Heidtman Tubular Products is seeking an Outside Processing Coordinator to join our team in Erie, MI. The OP Coordinator is responsible for receiving, costing, scheduling, producing and shipping jobs at outside processors; service internal customers by performing job duties to help meet on-time delivery; and scheduling and prioritizing jobs based upon customer needs (both internal and external).

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job instructions daily.
• Ability to follow written instructions on work order and SOP’s
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be computer literate.
• Data entry experience and working knowledge of how processes work.
• Knowledge of Steel business terminology is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Invex ERP experience preferred.
