Job Description
Heidtman Tubular Products is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for its Tube Mill operations at its Erie, MI facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Prior steel industry experience required; tube mill experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy, including experience with production reporting systems and Microsoft Office
- Quality audit experience preferred, specifically ISO 9001
