Asistente Administrativo F&O

Responsible for preparing, developing, and implementing activities within different administrative and accounting processes for the National Program, ensuring compliance with global and country policies through pertinent procedures in each workflow, generating reliable and timely financial information for decision-making.

Requirements

• Student of Economics: Public Accounting and Auditing (desirable) or Business Administration.
• Experience in NGOs of two to five years demonstrable in similar positions.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) database, and accounting software skills. Intermediate level (desirable).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Numerical aptitude.
• Intermediate level English language skills (desirable).
• Knowledge and handling of tax laws and tax updates.
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
• Experience in inventory management for Properties, Plant, and Equipment.
• Skill in preparing integrations, reports, and financial statements.
• Ability to analyze accounting information and enter data into accounting systems, organization, and attitude to implement administrative and financial policies, processes, and procedures, and a vocation of service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively, discreetly, and diplomatically with other diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary, multicultural team with gender equality.
