Worship Leader

The Worship Leader will assist the Worship Pastor and Worship Team in creating a cohesive, distraction-free environment that achieves our goals of helping people Encounter Jesus, Engage in their faith, and be Empowered to serve Jesus.

Requirements

• Modeling Biblical Priorities
• A passion for God
• A servants heart
• Participating in a Heights life group on a regular basis
• Displays Christian leadership by using foundational spiritual qualities
• Displays ministry skills, such as the ability to effectively communicate Scripture, managing or coaching others, motivating others and graciously correcting others when necessary
• Displays working knowledge of stewardship and demonstrates fiscal responsibility
