Job Description
Join the Digital & Technology Team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center as an Engineering Manager for Platform Engineering. Lead and develop teams building technology solutions for Heineken's global digital commerce, combining technical expertise with leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or other Engineering Discipline
- 10+ years in software engineering roles, with a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated leadership ability
- deep expertise in Cloud Native architecture
- communication skill including the ability to navigate high and low context cultures
- storytelling ability, make something technical interesting and engaging for non-technical audiences
- security expertise, knowledge of OWASP exploits
- experience in building a culture of DevOps across a traditional organisation
- excellent English - both spoken and written
- resilient, adaptable, well-organised mindset who can handle shifting priorities
