Finance Platform Lead - FSCM

The Finance Platform Lead - FSCM role is part of the Digital & Technology Team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center in Krakow. The team is responsible for digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related studies
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience, ideally in the SAP-FSCM domain
• Good understanding of credit-, collection- and dispute processes
• Experience in Global template deployment programs
• Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player and able to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and 'truths' and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
• SAP Technical experience, including SAP FI/CO product configuration experience
• Experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector
• Experience with middleware integration scenarios (e.g. PI, Solace, APIC) and/or workflow solutions is a plus
• Experience in factoring scenarios
• Incident and change management experience
• Knowledge on IT Controls and/or test automation
