Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller - HO to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing period end close of HO financials, creating month end closing reports, and leading the governance cycle for GSC HO. You will also work closely with Business Controllers to discuss and challenge their AP, SP, and RoFo input.
Requirements
- preparing period end close of HO financials P&L, balance sheet, FTE, and Capex
- creating month end closing reports/presentations
- supporting BCs with other reports/request as Total Cost of Finance
- leading the governance cycle for GSC HO and making sure a smooth AP, SP, and RoFo processes
- making sure that management reports are send out timely to HO team
- making sure required CIL datasets are send OTIF
- identifying cost saving opportunities to discuss with HO MT and transfer those as concrete saving initiative in SNOW
- reporting out on saving progression actuals, AP, and SP
- making sure that cost consciousness mindset increases further in SC HO
- supporting, build and track together with functions business cases
- ad-hoc – support team in case of ad-hoc requests
