Job Description
We are seeking a Business Controller Manager - Marketing to join our team of stars. The incumbent will act as the primary Financial Business Partner for the Marketing area, ensuring governance, control, and strategic direction of investments. The role requires solid experience in Business Control, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably with experience working with commercial or marketing areas.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Business Control, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, ROI
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or similar tools
- Knowledge of financial systems/ERP (e.g., SAP or similar)
- Strategic vision, critical thinking, influence, executive communication, team leadership, and results orientation
- Advanced English
