Responsable Exploitation F/H - Marolles

We are seeking a Head of Operations to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, including receipt and dispatch of goods, inventory management, and logistics.

Requirements

• Manage and animate a team of drivers, logistics staff, and other employees to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Supervise the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols
• Evaluate and select suppliers, manage contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Optimize inventory management, identify potential discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock levels
• Prepare and execute plans for tournées de livraisons (delivery routes) to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to management
• Collaborate with the Distribution Reference and Regional Performance Committee to align plans and objectives
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure safety and security of people and goods
• Manage and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues
