Transportation Manager

The Transportation Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate shipping of products to breweries globally. This involves supervising staff, overseeing inventory and operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role focuses on optimizing the transport and logistical route to maximize service and cost.

Requirements

• Completion of a post-secondary education program in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (CS&L) or similar position
• Knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales Operations Planning (S&OP), and International trade knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)
• Very self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset
• Proactive and ambitious with a cross-functional mindset
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good business sense and understanding
• Possesses a high learning agility
