A degree in civil engineering or equivalent training is required, along with relevant experience in calculation, VOB, and contract law.

Requirements

• Analyzing and evaluating bidding documents
• Preparing quote and order calculations
• Communication with contractors, authorities, experts, subcontractors, planning participants, and internal specialist departments
• Preparing bidding documents for external services or subcontractor services
• Defining market demands and implementing the assignment of deliveries and subcontractor services
• Supporting the technical department in preparing additional offers or special proposals
