The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company, preferably in the production materials area. The position involves supplier qualification, contract and price negotiations, data maintenance, and exploration of cost-saving potential.

Requirements

• Completed successful commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company, preferably in the production materials area (plastics, electronics)
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills
• High level of technical understanding
• Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP ERP
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Open, responsible team player with high personal initiative
