We are looking for a motivated Head of Inclusion Assistance / Ambulant Supported Living (m/w/d) to join our team at Heinrichs Group in Gangelt, Germany. As the head of Inclusion Assistance and Ambulant Supported Living, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and staff.

Requirements

• Overall organizational responsibility for inclusion assistance
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 20 staff members
• Steering of processes, resources, and quality assurance
• Development of our offers within the framework of legal requirements
• Central contact person for clients and relatives in the admission process as well as contact person for cost bearers, statutory guardians, and authorities
• Building and maintaining a strong regional network
