Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years’ experience with IL Medicaid preferred
• 1–3 years in a Skilled Nursing business office or billing office required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Incredible attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Top-notch customer service skills for phone and email communication
• A desire to succeed and help others succeed
• Experience with MatrixCare is highly preferred
