We're looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team with empathy, vision, and a high tolerance for ringing phones. You'll be responsible for balancing compliance with compassion, metrics with moments, and creating an environment where residents feel like family and employees feel like a team.

Requirements

• Valid, state specific, Nursing Home Administrator License
• At least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience, ideally in long-term care
• Serious knowledge of compliance, budgeting, staffing, and general human psychology
• Excellent communication skills
