Requirements
- Current, valid Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Education and/or experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing
- Supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- No disqualifying criminal offenses
- Ability to read and interpret journals
- Ability to write nursing notes
- Ability to confidently interact with leadership and residents
