Job Description
We are hiring Part-Time CNC Machinists for both Mill and Lathe operations on 1st and 2nd Shift. Opportunities available to match skills and support growth. Support up to 24 hours per week with flexibility in days/hours worked.
Requirements
- Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to machine parts to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.).
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Perform basic program edits on CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
