Compounding Pharmacist Manager

HeliosX is a healthcare platform that aims to revolutionize healthcare by making it faster and more accessible. The company is looking for a Lead Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processes and ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards.

Requirements

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years in sterile compounding
• Experience with non-sterile compounding preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a compounding setting preferred
• Knowledge of compounding GLP-1 medications
• Strong understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines
• Detail-oriented with robust quality control and documentation practices
• Skilled in personnel management with excellent leadership and training capabilities
• Proficient in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and handling pharmacy inspections
• Effective communicator with ability to counsel patients and collaborate with integrated care team
