We are seeking a Talent Advisor to provide experience led, commercial insight into the availability, quality and deployability of senior leadership roles required to support international market entry and scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, executive search or workforce advisory at a senior or strategic advisory level
- Proven experience advising on senior leadership and enablement roles
- Strong understanding of regulated environments, particularly healthcare or adjacent sectors
- Experience supporting international expansion, market entry or multi-country leadership models
- Exposure to a mix of permanent, interim and advisory leadership structures
- Experience advising Exec, COO, GM or Board-level stakeholders on leadership feasibility and risk
