Job Description
We are looking for a driven Service Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships, maximize customer satisfaction, and exploit commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial instinct and technical affinity, with experience in after-sales customer management and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The role involves working with innovative and sustainable charging solutions to make a difference in the energy transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or commercial economics, or a comparable field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably within e-mobility or a comparable sector
- Experience in after-sales customer management and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Belgium, with regular presence in Eindhoven
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented attitude
