Job Description
As an IT Lab Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in the IT Lab team's "Cloud-First" evolution, transforming our on-premise lab systems into a modern, resilient, and scalable hybrid cloud environment. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience with projects like migrating our monitoring and storage to AWS, deploying operational dashboards in Datadog, and automating system management with tools like Automox and PowerShell.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, directly supporting end-users and systems.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
