Hellas Gold is a mining company seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage and execute monthly payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation, and collaborate with local HR departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of payroll software
- Previous experience in a payroll department within the industrial sector
- Knowledge of HRMS systems such as SoftOne-SAP & Timer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in audit processes, labor inspections, and collaboration with relevant regulatory authorities
