
Job description
As a Commercial Customer Service Employee, you will handle incoming customer and partner inquiries, care for large customers, and maintain close exchange with internal departments. You will contribute to finding individual and timely solutions for customers' concerns.
You will handle customer inquiries, process service requests, conduct proactive runtime checks, and organize cross-trips. You will also care for D-customer (Inside Sales) and handle differences, overruns, and damage reports.
You will work in a team environment, achieve goals together with colleagues, and have sales affinity and joy in telephoning and communicating. You will also have the opportunity for professional and personal development through our Academy and digital learning platform.
