Commercial Customer Service Employee

Role Overview

As a Commercial Customer Service Employee, you will handle incoming customer and partner inquiries, care for large customers, and maintain close exchange with internal departments. You will contribute to finding individual and timely solutions for customers' concerns.

What You Will Do

You will handle customer inquiries, process service requests, conduct proactive runtime checks, and organize cross-trips. You will also care for D-customer (Inside Sales) and handle differences, overruns, and damage reports.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Initial experience in customer contact
• Experience in forwarding/logistics services
• Sales affinity
• Joy in telephoning and communicating
• Safe handling of MS Office applications
• Good German and English language skills
