
Job description
As Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for local Road Sales and Customer Service for Hellmann locations in Hamburg, Crivitz, and Neumünster. You will have personnel and budget responsibility and report directly to the NL-Leitung.
You will control all sales measures of the branch, care for existing customers, develop business development strategies, and implement them. You will also coordinate internal support, pricing strategies, customer monitoring, and new customer implementations.
You will work in an interdisciplinary team to develop the Customer Experience in the Road business. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the logistics industry with Hellmann.
