
Job description
As a member of our customer service team, you will be the interface between our customers, sales, and operational processing in land transport. You will foster customer loyalty by accepting transport orders, being available for questions, and offering customized solutions.
You will coordinate with sales staff, proactively monitor and report on shipments, accept and process customer inquiries and complaints, and process shipments in the forwarding sector nationally and internationally.
