We're looking for an Associate Director, Client Success to lead and grow relationships with our public sector healthcare clients, driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnership value.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or management consulting
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value healthcare accounts across public sector or regulated environments
- Strong experience engaging and influencing C-level healthcare stakeholders
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, payers, and public sector healthcare ecosystems
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder procurement and renewal cycles
- Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and revenue ownership capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
