Associate Director, Compliance and Licensing

Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past. They're looking for an Associate Director, Compliance and Licensing to join their Compliance team, managing a broad portfolio of licensing, enrollment, compliance operations, contract compliance, and training work streams across Hello Heart entities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related field
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline research, support documentation, and improve repeatable compliance workflows
• Familiarity with CMS and Medicaid systems, including PECOS and HPMS
• Experience maintaining compliance policies and procedures and drafting compliance documentation
• Background developing and delivering compliance training programs
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain systems, track deadlines, and follow through without being reminded
