Director of Marketing Operations and Strategy (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced marketing/performance Director to lead the newly formed Marketing Strategy and Operations (StratOps) function. The candidate will design the decision architecture that connects global marketing scale with local execution.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, marketing finance, or strategy consulting
• Genuine fluency in digital marketing economics (CAC, LTV, incrementality, channel mix)
• Ability to build operating models or decision frameworks that change how an organization steers
