Creative Producer

We are seeking an in-house Creative Producer to produce multimedia content, including podcasts and videos, that aligns with strategic communication goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years' experience in multimedia production, with a focus on podcast and video content, and proficiency in project management software and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in multimedia production, with a focus on podcast and video content, preferably in both a corporate and agency setting.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is required, Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pivot quickly between different types of content production (e.g., shifting from a video shoot to podcast editing) while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in multimedia editing software and studio equipment (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Experience using AI for content and creative generation.
• Experience working within and contributing to a Brand Design System.
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creative flair.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
