Events Senior Specialist, Tech Trade Shows

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology trade shows from planning to post-event reporting, managing vendors, and coordinating with marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years' experience delivering large-scale technology trade shows or corporate tech conferences
• Strong vendor and fabricator management expertise
• Advanced onsite event execution and operational management capability
• Experience working within a technology company or delivering technology-focused conferences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Splash or similar registration platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
