Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology trade shows from planning to post-event reporting, managing vendors, and coordinating with marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years' experience delivering large-scale technology trade shows or corporate tech conferences
- Strong vendor and fabricator management expertise
- Advanced onsite event execution and operational management capability
- Experience working within a technology company or delivering technology-focused conferences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Splash or similar registration platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good project management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
