Job Description
HelloKindred are looking for a Junior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support an in-house recruitment team delivering approximately 350 hires. The role requires strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage high volumes within tight timeframes while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- BPSS clearance required
- UK passport holder required
- Some experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong interest in early careers recruitment
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity desirable
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
