Technical Consultant

HelloKindred are seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality implementation projects for a client in the Information Technology and Services industry. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable deployment of software solutions across complex infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• Deliver end-to-end technical implementation projects aligned with policies and methodologies.
• Configure and support infrastructure components including network, hypervisor, storage, and Windows Server environments.
• Implement and support software solutions at server level across production environments governed by SLAs.
• Integrate and support Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) within hospital workflows.
• Manage SQL and database environments, preferably Oracle, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Apply security technologies including AD, LDAP, endpoint protection, and HTTPS best practices.
• Configure storage platforms including RAID, SAN, NAS, and tape libraries.
• Support high availability solutions across hypervisors, operating systems, and database platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Support.
• Perform troubleshooting, 2nd and 3rd line support, and root cause analysis when required.
• Execute shell scripting and system administration tasks across Windows and virtualized environments.
