Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our growing Berlin startup. You'll handle support requests, analyze problems, and provide pragmatic solutions. You'll also contribute to improving internal support processes and provide feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- First experience in (technical) customer support, ideally in the SaaS field
- Very good German knowledge (C2) and solid English knowledge (B2)
- Technical understanding, quick graspability, and fun with digital tools
- Solution-oriented thinking, patience, and a calm demeanor - even when it gets stressful
- Team spirit and the willingness to take responsibility in a growing company
