We're looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team at HELM. You'll support day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience using an accounting platform
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- High attention to detail and comfort handling repetitive financial tasks
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities over time
